Keep in mind that water is NOT a sustitute for food. It's a supplement. It is possible to drink enough water so that you are not hungry and you start skipping meals but this is not a good idea. No safe diets would recommend this approach. But, when tempted to reach for a soda or sugared fruit juice - go for the water bottle instead!
