Ultraviolet Restaurant offers delicious Western concept cuisine in a dining room with a special character and using high technology. This is thanks to the ideas of Chef Paul Bert, winner of the 2016 Chef's Choice Award at the 50 Best Restaurants in Asia Awards. But Clearly, Pairet took into account every opportunity to influence his guests, Perret, who was born and trained to prepare food in France, was born to Shanghai in 2005 to launch Ultraviolet after long thinking and beautiful planning in 2012. I chose Shanghai because there are already the basic ingredients. Obviously, Shanghai’s power, Shanghai’s power to liberate western food based on curiosity.

The dimly lit dining room has five chairs on either side of the shared dining desk, with a window. Within this future setting, more than a dozen visitors go in line with the night at a 20-track culinary festival. Dinner is brought to the restaurant on a bus, and the dining room itself is equipped with large video screen walls, surround sound speakers from all sides, and the lighting is on demand. Guests and smells like Ultraviolet is considered by many to be one of the most culinary restaurants in the world.
