Running will be easier than ever with the Inov-8 Men's F-LITE 260 (M) Cross Trainer, now that ROPE-TEC and POWERFLOW protections ensure you get the best comfort and protection needed for all of the workouts in the box. Lightweight and supportive, ideal for cardio training. The Invo-8 is typically designed for narrow feet. For some models, they have two "standard" configurations that are wider and "precision" narrower. The previous F-lite 250 was standard and reasonably wide, but the model itself was very narrow. The woven upper is breathable and provides a comfortable and natural fit, allowing the shoe to adapt to the foot while in motion.

With a POWERFLOW midsole and an outer heel cage, the Inov-8 Men's F-LITE 260 (M) Cross Trainer ensures traction around the heel, providing natural cushioning and better shock absorption by an estimated 10%. The STICKY GRIP rubber outsole provides great grip under the foot For each type of exercise. Industry-leading new viscous rubber provides better traction than its predecessor. The shoe upper features a 360-degree ROPE-TEC system to provide traction and durability when climbing rope. The shock absorber welded to the other side protects the toes during ground and lifting movements. A lightweight woven upper is paired with a fastener to ensure the shoe moves with your foot in a natural fit and comfort.

If your feet are wide and don't like tight shoes, they may not be wide enough. If you're too far from Metcon's or NoBull's that's a win-win, and you can't complain about the price. Inov-8 appears to have made some progress in shoelaces. Not loosening these restrictions as easily as my 250's, they needed a triple knot for any longer workout.
