To verify that they measured the same at first, one was kept as received and the other was washed twice in the front-loading LG kit:

- First Cycles = Warm Wash / Low Temperature Dry.

Measured

Wear for 6 hours.

- Second Cycles = Hot Wash / Medium to High Dry.

Re-measure

- Interestingly, about 90% of the shrinkage occurred during the first low-temperature wash.

The material is a little heavier than expected which is a good thing, considering it's especially for winter use. The Gildan T-Shirt is not good for the elderly, it is heavy enough to keep me warm in the cold mornings. The origin of the manufacture may vary in Nicaragua or Honduras however, the same quality of materials and stitching care is present, says a sterile product "Here it is for most of 2020, and all these shirts still look brand new!
